Graduate Client Executive (Permanent)

As a client executive your role will be to support clients in various ways to ensure their project is a success this will include collecting and collating financial reports, analysing documents and complaint handling.

Some travel may be involved with this role outside of Northern Ireland.

Requirements:

● Third level qualification
● Experience dealing with clients and customers of varying levels
● Excellent time management skills
● Effective communication - both written and verbal
● Excellent presentation skills
● Ability to apply a logical and analytical approach to work
● Team player
● Problem solving skills
● Ability to plan & organise
● IT Literacy
● Proven ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

Your specific responsibilities will vary depending on your background and he nature of the projects on which you will work, but may include:

* Gathering/collation of financial information
* Regulatory remediation and quality compliance testing
* Research - collating and preparing reports
* Document collation, evidencing paper trail of transactions
* Data input of key information into spreadsheets and or proprietary systems
* Case, contract and documentation review - analysing documents to identify key facts, anomalies, etc.
* Reporting - detailed and summary analysis
* Complaint handling and customer redress
* Quality-checking
