Search Consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced RGN or RMN to act as the Night Manager on behalf of a purpose built dementia nursing care home based in Liverpool, Merseyside.
The home is part of a large healthcare company that offers general nursing, residential nursing, dementia nursing and residential care to the elderly. This home in particular offers dementia nursing care to 50 residents.
As the night manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the running of the home during the night shifts, delegating tasks to nurses and health care assistants on shift, completing regular observations, supervising staff and providing a high standard of care at all times.
Our client is looking for a registered nurse to work 33 or 44 hours per week on night shifts, along side another nurse and several health care assistants. The salary is £34,320 per annum depending on experience and the salary is negotiable, this also includes company benefits.
