Our client has an excellent opportunity for an Office Manager to join their team based in the West End of Edinburgh. They are seeking an enthusiastic Office Manager with experience within the finance sector to manage the smooth running of the office by providing day-to-day support to the team.

Responsibilities Include:

Front of House Duties including:
* Answering calls
* Meeting/greeting clients
* Setting up meeting rooms

Further Duties:
* Complete highly confidential secretarial and administrative tasks
* Composition, editing and review of confidential correspondence
* Handling large mail shots
* Maintaining filing system
* Assist with production of large documents - track changes etc
* Monthly blogging and social media activity
* Formulating Board papers
* Extensive diary/calendar management
* Minute taking
* Audio and Copy typing
* Planning and running of events and corporate activities
* Negotiate contracts and prices with office facility suppliers
* Renewal of business insurance
* Assist with recruitment process
* Holiday and Sickness management
* Managing expense procedure and client and tenant recharge
* Debtor collection
* Managing Company AML procedures
* Assistance with IT issues
* Stationary and office supplies management
* Booking taxis and complex travel
* Managing Petty Cash



Fund Administration:
* SAGE bookkeeping
* Coordinate specific legal documentation
* Manage investor communications
* File management
* Raising and paying of invoices
* Applying for grant support
* Assist with business development matters
* Coordinate mail
* Scheduling and running of meetings
* Arranging catering

Experience Required

* Strong organisational skills
* Strong communication skills
* Self-starter
* Attention to detail
* Excellent time management skills
* Skilled in all MS office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Experience in SAGE an advantage
* 2 years in previous role
* Good sense of humour
