Customer Intelligence Manager (Permanent)

My prestigious client, a global organisation with their Head Quarters in Glasgow are currently looking for an experienced Customer Intelligence Manager.

Your team with deliver customer insight that will help support the delivery of the customer service vision, providing a 'best in class' service across the customers journey.

You will be developing a team of Analyst who provide insight to a number of stakeholders & teams globally.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage and support data quality strategies and improvement initiatives
• Be able to support trends affecting the data landscape changes across the business architecture
• Support the development and system administration of the Customer Relationship Management system.
• Proactively and collaboratively develop analysis and insight
• Apply excellent analytical and technical ability to ensure the highest standards of analysis and reporting are delivered across the team
• Take ownership for initiatives and deliver through self and others
• Line management responsibilities for direct reports

Skills required include:

• Strong SQL or SAS experience
• Experience of building data visualisations through software such as Qlikview
• Experience of using Pandora or other data quality tools
• Strong analytics background
• The ability to join, manipulate and draw actionable insights from large data sources and continue to maintain the data sets.
• Proactively develop learning strategies to help the team how to provide best in class analytics offerings
• Clear, articulate and confident written and verbal communication skills
