Production Worker (Contract)

Temporary Production Operators & Testers

Honeywell is a leader in microwave electronic engineering and is looking for Assembly Operators and Testers, to help support their busy Ferrite Manufacturing Team.

This role is for a temporary position, working full time hours and may include shift working.


Role & Responsibilities

Primary tasks may include (but are not limited to):

* Hand Assembly of Microwave Components ,using soldering techniques
* Mechanical Assembly during the build process
* Carrying out visual quality checks and packing
* Labelling of finished parts

Personal Qualities & Skills

* Previous Skills working within an Assembly and, or Manufacturing environment
* Excellent attention to detail
* Proven competence in a similar role
* Demonstrate excellent dexterity and hand to eye co-ordination
* Work as part of a team
* Good time keeping
* Must be flexible
* Show Initiative

Pay Rate £9.22 per hour

Overtime paid at the following rates:
For first 4 hours worked above 37.5 hours per week £14.93 per hour
Thereafter all hours are paid at £19.58 per hour.

Contract: 8 weeks with a possible extension.
