Sales Team Manager (Permanent)

Are you an existing Sales Manager within a contact centre? Are you looking to work for an award winning business and work Monday to Friday?

I have an exciting opportunity to join and award winning client of mine based in the West of Edinburgh. This business has gone from strength to strength over recent year, winning a whole host of prestigious awards within their industry.

The requirement is for an experienced sales team manager within a contact centre setting where you will help grow and develop the existing team.

On a daily basis you will be:

* Reviewing current performance of all team members individually and also the profitability of the team as a whole
* Developing and coaching the team to deliver KPI's
* Pro-actively seeking new sales opportunities and revenue
* Developing a rigid and structured sales plan
* Quality checking, coupled with in the moment feedback sessions
* Presenting sales plans and forecasts to senior stakeholders within the business
* Managing any changes within the business and ensuring all team members are briefed and up skilled where necessary
* Leading by example and when necessary having a "show the team" mentality

What are we looking for?

* Previous experience of managing a sales team within a contact centre environment, preferably from the entertainment/utilities industries
* A driven and motivated personality, this is very much a sales role
* Energy and passion for my clients brand
