Litigation Solicitor (Permanent)

My Client is an established law firm looking to recruit in the Spalding area for a Litigation Solicitors.

The Key Responsibilities will include:
Advising on common law and statutory property claims, including breach of covenants, injunctions, removal of trespassers, landlord and tenant disputes ad boundary disputes.
Experience in commercial litigation such as regulatory, contentious probate, shareholder and partnership disputes and employment litigation.
Providing legal advice to a range of clients.
Carrying out in an effective, efficient timely manner.
Operating effectively with clients.
Managing client/matter files.
Managing fee income and collection of bills.
Assisting and supervising trainees and paralegals.

The ideal candidate:
Be qualified solicitors with a minimum of 2+ years PQE experience.
Worked in a litigation department across a range of clients, handling a variety of issues. Previously.
Able to build relationships with both new and existing clients.
