Baby Unit Supervisor - Petersfield (Permanent)
Simply Supply are currently working with a very reputable nursery business in Petersfield, Hampshire and we are recruiting for candidates with a Degree in Childcare to to join their lovely team as Supervisor supporting their Baby Unit. You will manage a small team of practitioners and be responsible for the overall care of the babies within the unit.
This is a permanent position within an 'Outstanding' nursery. The baby unit is located in beautiful forest surroundings and requires someone who has an up to date and thorough knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriulum whilst having the ability to work alongside the Nursery Manager. You will guide staff in providing the highest standards of care possible, within a safe and inclusive environment.
Applicants must:
* Ideally previous experience of managing a team of staff
* Previous experience in childcare is essential
* Room management experience is preferred
* Degree or qualification in Childcare is essential
In return our client is offering an extremely competitive starting salary of £21,000 per year and staff must be able to work 40 hours a week on a rota, working between the hours of 7.30am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
