Job Title - Regional Manager
Industry - Industrial Equipment (Hydraulic Hose Fittings, Fluid Power)
Locations - North West (Manchester up to Dunfries)
Salary - Uncapped £50,000 + Car

The Role
Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, this is a combination of new business and account management. The Regional Manager will be selling a range of Industrial Equipment (Hydraulic and Pneumatic equipment) into the end user (Utility companies in the Commercial space, Food processing companies, Machine manufacturers and dealers, Industrial, Petro Chemical, Nuclear etc), plus into some small sub-contractors.
The Regional Manager will be liaising with MDs, Engineers and a variety of other decision makers to ensure revenue targets are met, and to ensure year on year growth of the company. Sales targets will be between £700k and £1m in year 1.

The Candidate
The ideal Regional Sales Manager must have a proven track record of Fluid Power sales within a technical sales environment (manufacturing, industrial, or other). You must be based on patch (in the north west England: Manchester up to Dunfries including Yorkshire and Cumbria), and be able to work autonomously. This is not a 9-5 job and the more you put in by arranging meetings, the more you will be rewarded.

The Package
Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, the successful Regional Sales Manager will receive an initial base salary of between £30,000 and £36,000 with on target earnings and company car taking the first year OTE to around £50,000.
