Qualified Social Worker - 4 Day Week Flexibility

NonStop's client, based in the Tees Valley region North East of England, is looking for Fully Qualified Social Workers to join their Assessment & Child Protection Team.

Unique to this role is that the Local Authority are also offering flexible working hours (leave early finish early etc) or even offer 4 day weeks. You will have a work phone and Laptop On top of that you will be based not to far from the coast in a beautiful location with great areas to explore and relax by after work.

Your Role:

This is a locum opportunity offering up to £169 per day, depending on experience, in a local authority with a great level of staff retention so you'll be around a stable team with excellent managerial support to help you carry out you role to the highest standard and provide a life changing service for children in need in the area.

Your caseload will be a mixed caseload of between 20-25 cases with a 8 week rolling duty offering you enough time to cover you cases without feeling under pressure. Your caseloads will vary between the following:

• Initial Assesments
• Child protection
• Court Work
• Children in Need
• Looked After Children

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with relevant Degree
• Post qualification in the UK experience
• Court Work experience
• HCPC registration
• Full Clean driving license

Those with extensive experience may also be considered for a more senior role, meaning instant progression and a higher income.
