The Role:
In your role as Business Development Manager/Account Manager you will proactively be prospecting new business as well as managing a portfolio of key accounts. You will be selling market leading HR Consultancy Services that are tailored to each client's requirements. This is a very consultative Business Development/Account Manager role, you must be able to build rapport in order to ensure the sales cycle runs smoothly from start to end for this HR consultancy business.

The Candidate:
To be successful in your role as Business Development Manager/Account Manager you will have proven track record of selling Consultancy services, ideally into financial institutions. An alternative to this would be training or L&D sales. You must have exposure of selling into Corporate clients, both over the phone and face to face. The Package:
This lucrative basic salary for this Business Development Manager/Account Manager role will be in the range of £30,000 - £35,000, negotiable depending on experience.
