Location - Hatfield, Hertfordshire
Salary - £70,000 - £75,000

My client is located in Hatfield within their brand-new head office, where they have a start-up feel, relaxed culture ,relaxed dress code and offer flexible working!

You will be encouraged to push technical boundaries within their autonomous environment and create solutions to problems people haven't even thought about yet! You will be given the freedom and tools to stimulate the most suited working environment which you wish to create.

You will work within a coaching, mentoring & development team lead role, as well as dealing with security alerts, incidents and managing the security systems. You will create and carry out security campaigns, security assessments of new technologies and educate the wider business on this. A focus will be to increase awareness of security within their business. You will manage the security engineering team in their daily responsibilities and ensure that the team have the necessary skills to complete tasks.

Essential Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will come from a similar role or have previously worked as a Security Engineer within a medium to large organisation.
You will have a broad technical background covering networks, operating systems and software development.
