NonStop are working exclusively for a top European pharma top help build their Medical Affairs function in the UK, with an in-house, permanent Head of Medical Affairs for in-line products.
This is a senior role with extensive decision-making responsibility, from final signatory demands to Medico-Marketing oversight and development of commercial strategy. Reporting directly into the UK GM, and as part of the UK leadership board, this could be an ideal step for an ambitious Medical Manager with some first leadership experience, and since it has 2 direct reports rather than a larger team, it's an excellent chance to develop your leadership profile without extensive administration.
