Due to continued success and expansion my client with offices UK wide specialising within Financial Service and Insurance require an Account Administrator to join their team in Stoke on Trent .
Spanning both accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, the successful Accounts Administrator will play a key part in to day to day running of the department. Who will ensure that all monies received are processed and paid to suppliers and contractors in a timely fashion.
Day to day duties
- Recording incoming monies from bank to ledger
- Coding of all invoices and posting of cash
- Building weekly payment runs
- Producing remittances for payment to supplier and contractors
- Handling quires
- Communication for customer
- Assisting with month end closing
The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience
- Working under pressure and to deadlines
- Good attention to detail
- t skills e.g word, Excel etc
- Excellent written & verbal skills
