Chartered Building Surveyor (Permanent)
We are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor on behalf of a national Commercial Property Consultancy, to be based in their Birmingham city centre offices.
This firm prides itself on knowing the markets they operate in and their network of offices across the UK helps them provide a knowledgeable, local service to their clients. They consistently out-perform against their competition. Within the Building Consultancy service line they are involved throughout the entire property life cycle and offer practical advice tailored to their clients priorities in both professional surveying and project management. You will already have experience as a Building Surveyor in a multi-disciplinary commercial Consultancy and we are also ideally looking for a Chartered (Mrics) Building surveyor. This is a client facing role so strong communication skills are also important and you will also be required to work reasonably autonomously, to be able to keep on top of a varied workload and manage your diary whilst still very much part of a team.
