Automotive Technical Trainer - West London (Permanent)
My client is currently looking for a Technical Trainer to design/deliver training to various technical after-sales departments.
You will be required to:
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
* Deliver a Professional learning experience every time.
* Deliver agreed number of days of learning through a blended approach of virtual and attended learning environments.
* Develop structured and engaging sessions in line with business demands from the Dealer Network
* Provide ideas for continual improvements to course structure and delivery.
* Maintain and formally report to management on the development of the Aftersales syllabus
* Deliver Aftersales learning for delegates on Induction and assess their competence
* Provide individual coaching for delegates as required.
* Create training solutions that deliver added value.
