2nd Line IT Support - Law Firm (Permanent)
An opportunity has arisen for a 1st/2nd line support professional to join a young vibrant Law Firm based in East Liverpool.
This firm are at the beginning of heavily expanding their IT department which means there is ample opportunity for the successful candidate to be promoted within.
This firm have expanded rapidly in the past 12 months and continue to do so, hence the need for this role.
You will be mainly providing both hands on and remote IT Support for hardware / software issues within the company. There will be travel involved to each office so it is a necessity you drive.
Responsibilities:
- Daily IT Support for all employees of the firm
- Resolving network issues
- Setting up and maintaining all hardware - PC's / Printers etc
- Involvement in IT Projects
- Roll out of new software / updates
- GDPR Compliance
- Active Directory
- Issues with Office
- Troubleshooting hardware
- Software support (Proclaim Case Management System)
This role covers a broad spectrum of responsibilities and it will allow you to gain exposure to Infrastructure and 3rd line support tasks.
If you are a 2nd line support professional in a Law Firm feeling like you've hit a ceiling, this role could be for you. You will continuously be developing your current skills as well as knowing you have a structured career path to progress within the firm.
You must already be a 1st / 2nd line support professional with experience in the Legal Sector and exposure to Proclaim would be a huge advantage. You must also have access to a car and drive.
