Customer Service Advisor (Temporary)

One of the UK's leading banking institutions is looking for Customer Service Advisors in the Lovell Park area of Leeds. This is to join a fast-paced and exciting team that will support your needs for personal and professional development!

Key Responsibilities

• This role will be working within the phone banking department where you will be responsible for the each customer query that comes through to your desk
• Shift patterns will range between the working hours of 8AM - 10PM from Monday to Sundays and you are given 8 weeks notice ahead of any shift patterns so you can really utilise an important work-life balance!
• You will be making key decisions on problems and queries, handling a number of calls each day
• Ensuring a high level of customer service and empathy when interacting with customers who are in need of general banking advice

This role is initially contracted for 6 months which will form the basis of a trial period with the aim of making the position more permanent after that time.

To be suitable for this role you must meet the following requirements:

• Live a commutable distance from Lovell Park, Leeds
• Be open to working in a call centre environment
• Have a great attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Possess a positive approach to customer service
