Job Title: GAP Claims Handler - Motor

Location: Sheffield

Salary: 16,000 which rises to £16,500 on completion of a 3-month probationary period

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

The Company

Operating under number of prestigious brands, the AA Warranty brand being one of our most recognised. The Company are a leading provider of quality insurance products for the motor industry predominantly warranty, mechanical breakdown and GAP.

The Role:

They are an inbound call centre. You will be gathering claims information from their existing customers and processing that in line with their Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) policies.

The Candidate:

It's simple really, excellent communication skills, a willingness to look after people & treat them fairly, a high level of professionalism, be a team player and a little common sense goes a long way too! It would help your application if you have had previous Claims or Customer Service experience and are computer literate.
