Engineering Recruitment Consultant - Rail (Permanent)

The rail division of Vital Human Resources Ltd is a major support services provider, completing enhancement, renewal and maintenance projects for the Rail, Light Rail and Underground sectors. We are proud to be a first-tier supplier to the majority of the UK's rail Infrastructure companies, having established a strong history of partnering agreements based on trust and commercial competitiveness.

We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic recruitment consultant to join our hugely successful and proactive recruitment team. Recruitment experience is desirable and you must have experience of working in a fast paced, customer focused environment as part of a team. Strong organisational, administration and time-management skills are fundamental in this challenging role.

Responsibilities:

• Interfacing with hiring managers, HR and other key stakeholders
• Identifying and implementing appropriate sourcing strategies
• Sourcing candidates using a state-of-the-art global database
• Qualifying suitable candidates
• Candidate submittals
• Managing client feedback
• Client and candidate negotiations
• Ensures compliance with current legislation, client procedures and corporate policy
• Networking in target business and industry organisations
