A fantastic opportunity for a Driver Trainer is available based across Newcastle and Crewe depots.
Our client has 12 locations across the UK manufacturing and delivering animal feeds directly to the farmers using tankers, bagged vehicles, blowers and bulk loads. This role will involve working from their Newcastle and Crewe branches as a driver trainer looking after up to 30 drivers.
The Driver Trainer role will include ensuring that best practice is applied and on-going high performance is delivered with efficiency and quality whilst ensuring the driver teams are legally compliant. Performance management of drivers and continuous improvement in all functions are key elements as well as carrying out induction training.
The skills / qualifications needed for this role is a CE licence, Assessor Certificate and preferably experience in the agricultural industry.
