My client is expanding their tech team, as the demand for their product is growing rapidly.

About:
The platform acts as a vital layer on top of existing back office systems, pulling data and displaying key residential information to the user. The platform delivers efficiencies by automating business processes from the application process itself, to payments, simple enquiries and maintenance requests.

Customers enjoy a single sign-on experience whilst still being able to access all other services provided by the landlord. Concierge services can even be added as well as neighbourhood information, special offers from local retailers, residents' manuals, even group forums to enable landlords to build cohesive communities and a happy customer base.

In short, it removes the pressure on customer services teams so that landlords can concentrate on adding value and satisfying the expectations of residents now and in the future.

The Candidate
An ambitious Front End Developer, with a pro-active, positive and a can-do attitude. Their work will be rigorous, diligent and systematic. They are a small team, so the right personality and good communication skills are a necessity, as is the ability to look for creative solutions to challenges.

Current opening:
*Front-end developer - Html5, Css3, Javascript, Working knowledge of React.js - Looking for a good communicator - role is paying up to £45,000pa + decent benefits

Essential skills:
*Strong JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS
*Strong knowledge of JavaScript frameworks, utilising ReactJS and Redux
*NPM, gulp, webpack etc
*SASS and LESS
*Experience with responsive design
*A solid understanding of web application development processes, from the layout/user interface to development
*Ability to code for cross-browser and cross-device
*Experience of developing/integrating API's
*Source control (Git)
*Knowledge of Design Patterns and Object Oriented Design
