My client is looking for a new Regional Sales Manager to take over the North UK territory. The organisation is a leading player in the pigments and additives space delivering into the plastics and coatings market. The Role

Working from home, you will be expected to visit the office one day a week in the west midlands. You will inherit many accounts in the territory, but you will also be expected to generate new business as well.

The Candidate

Chemicals sales experience is preferred, though not essential. What is essential is the ability to work to targets and demonstrate a real hunger to generate sales. You will have natural people skills and be self-motivated to earn a large amount of money. You will have a proven track record in closing deals, but full training will be provided.

The Package

Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, initial indication for a business development manager in the office supplies arena is a base salary of £35,000 basic, with uncapped first year £50,000 OTE, plus benefits. Because the commission is uncapped it allows for an unlimited earning potential.
