Accounts Assistant (Contract)
Accounts Assistant role available for work within a large utilities company Working Monday - Friday, normally 37hrs per week)
Based within a busy Finance Department your key duties will include -
* Answering calls and assisting with queries
* General accounts support costing and checking invoices,
* Dealing with enquiries and investigating discrepancies
* Any other ad hoc accounts tasks as required
Essential skills
*Experience within an accounts role previously
*Excellent communication skills
*Computer literate, Word & Excel
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
Working Monday - Friday, normally 37hrs per week
