System Administrator
Responsibilities
* Configuration, troubleshooting, and management of server environments (Wintel)
* Advise and assist the Project Manager with the creation of implementation plans
* Manage, plan and deliver multiple implementation related activities within aggressive time scales
* Creation and update of documentation underpinning Service Management support capabilities
* Occasional interfacing with Infrastructure Architects to support design concepts and delivery plans
* Infrequent requirement to work outside of normal working hours
Experience required:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar administrator role
* MS-Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
* Working knowledge of SQL server 2012 administration and utility tools
* Experience of Data Centre migrations preferred but not essential
* VMware
* Microsoft Exchange 2013
* Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy
* McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO)
* Comprehension of Firewall, VPN and Networking technologies
Due to the nature of work undertaken, applicants will be required to undergo security clearance vetting, if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level.
