Daniel Owen are currently working with a well-known Contractor who specialise in large scale fit outs accross the country.
Our client is looking for an experienced site supervisor or manager to oversee the job in Cardiff. Typical working hours are from 7am to 6pm, Mon - Sat overseeing the sub-contractors and monitoring all health and safety aspects of the site. The project starts on 18th March and runs for 12 weeks.
You will need an up to date SMSTS, First aid and CSCS card.
Daily responsibilities of a Site Manager will include:
- Managing sub-contractors on site
- Management of work program
- Carrying out risk assessments
- Management of Health and Safety
