Job Description: We are currently seeking a CSCS Labourer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with the site manager, assisting in various tasks related to residential construction projects. This role offers the opportunity for career progression into a site management position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general labouring duties on residential construction sites.
• Work closely with the site manager to ensure projects are completed on time and to high standards.
• Utilize technology for project coordination and communication.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Interest in progressing into a site management role.
• Comfortable using technology for project management and communication.

• No previous experience in management required - we are looking for a hardworking labourer who is eager to progress.
