Job Description
Daniel Owen are currently recruiting on behalf of a restoration company for a Senior QS. The role will be based in Vauxhall for a very well-established specialist stonework company.
Daily responsibilities for the successful Surveyor will include:
- Working on the restoration, conservation and refurbishment of heritage properties.
- Lead commercial aspects of multiple projects simultaneously
- Evaluating and monitoring contractual risks on a regular basis
- Working with design teams to ensure project delivery both contractually and according to client specifications
Requirements for the role:
- Minimum of 5 years continuous experience in a QS role
- Experience of using JCT Design and build
- Experience using Asta Powerproject
- Experience from Subcontract/Trade Contracts
