Our Recycling and Integrated Assets team in St Helens  have an excellent opening for an experienced, NVQ Level (or equivalent) qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer.

As our Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will ensure the safe, timely and high-calibre delivery of our Planned Maintenance schedules, using your experience and skills in engineering to reduce costs and increase plant reliability through a series of site improvement projects.

As well as delivering corrective and reactive work, you will be able to contribute your engineering expertise to our problem-solving workshops, identifying equipment failures and influencing plans for improvement.  The health and safety of others and the environment around you will always be at the forefront of everything you do.

Our ideal Maintenance Engineer will have:

  • An NVQ Level 3 in Electro-technical installations or an equivalent discipline or qualification.
  • Experience working within a processing or manufacturing environment
  • A keen diagnostic eye and the ability to produce reports
  • Problem-solving attitude and a willingness to contribute to the effective running and safety of the plant
