Receptionist (Contract)

Are you an experienced Receptionist, looking for an exciting new challenge? Would you like the opportunity to work for the South West’s largest automotive dealership group?

An opportunity has arisen at our busy Westerly Bridgwater BMW dealership, for a Receptionist to join us on a Casual basis primarily to cover a period of maternity leave, between October 2019 and March 2020, with the possibility of an extension after March 2020.

What will I be responsible for?

• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring enquiries
• Directs visitors by via employee and department directories
• Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring visitors book
• Maintains telephone system by following Company instructions for phone operations
• Maintains a safe and clean Reception and waiting areas by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
• Maintain stationery and refreshment order systems efficiently
• Maintain data system within the internal database on a daily basis

The ideal Receptionist:

• Good telephone & verbal communication skills
• Microsoft Office Skills
• Experienced in telephone systems and service calls
• Customer focused at all times
• Informing others of messages and information in a timely manner
• Relishes the challenges of a pressured environment
