Child Protection Solicitor - Locum Role
NonStop's client, a local authority in the West Midlands is looking for a solicitor for its children services. Your role will require providing high quality, well researched legal advice to clients within agreed timescales. and to represent the interests of the council in proceedings before the Family Courts, Court of Protection, High Court and other tribunals as required.
They are looking for candidates who can proactively support clients in areas of their work which have a legal dimension. If you have previous experience of and knowledge of contentious local government law plus post qualifying experience you would be very attractive to my client.
