What will I be doing?

The purpose of the Relationship Executive is to retain clients through the management of a client portfolio through regular reviews and analysis of Management Information. Working closely with the two Relationship Managers, you’ll fully understand and implement the agreed strategies with clients.

You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and be responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service and ensuring the needs of the client are met. The Customer Relationship Executive will also develop an understanding of debt performance trends, completion of financial analysis, support strategies, comply with process and authorise payments

What do I need?

Our ideal Customer Relationship Executive must have experience of managing a portfolio of clients, customer service experience, understanding and identifying their needs. You will have excellent relationship building skills with the ability to deliver excellent customer service and understand the needs of customers and colleagues. Financial Services or Invoice Finance experience is preferred but not essential.
