Contracts Administrator (Permanent)

We are now looking to recruit a Contracts Administrator to join our Priorswood team in Taunton, working 37 hours a week.

The Role:

The Contracts Administrator role is responsible for providing administration support to the contracts function.

You’ll ensure that all administration and customer service duties are completed accurately and within allotted timescales.

The successful Contracts Administrator will support the after-service requirements of the business, by ensuring all paperwork is correct, documented, recorded and filed as per company procedures. You will reconcile all financial transactions from Somerset Recycling Centres and update the training matrix when required.

Additionally, you will take calls from customers and ensure a timely and satisfactory resolution.

• Ability to work under pressure
