Location – Farringdon, EC4A 1EN
Hours – Across Monday to Sunday, shifts will fall between 0800 - 2200 including weekends

The Hospitality / Cleaning Supervisor will work on a shift pattern and be paid an hourly rate of £10.55, with access to Apleona employee benefits that will be available to you as soon as you start. 

The Hospitality / Cleaning Supervisor role:

In this role the Hospitality / Cleaning Supervisor be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of hospitality services provided at our clients’ premises. Your tasks will include leading hospitality assistants to ensure high standards of customer service in the client’s environment, ensuring you and your team have great product knowledge and a passion for what is being served.

As an Apleona hospitality supervisor, you will manage the staff rotas and recruitment to ensure an efficient service to all customers.  You will be the point of contact for customer enquiries, as well as ensuring safe product storage and health & safety for all service areas. You will also be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to your job such as cleaning and also support your manager, your team and our client.

• Great time keeping
• Flexibility to support the team during absence and holidays etc.
• Experience in cleaning and hospitality supervising

We’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You may already have current IOSH and BICSc qualifications, a track record of working with cleaning industry colour coding and a sound knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies which would be great.  You will also have supervisory experience gained in a similar role.
