An Electrical Engineer is required to work for a large housing association that specialise in maintaining void and occupied properties. As an Electrical Engineer you'll be required to carry out multiple jobs safely and efficiently. Each of the jobs are maintaining communal blocks that are within the Camden area.
For this role, you are required to have the 2391 or 2395 certificate in Testing and Inspection of Electrical appliances, and also your 18th Edition certificate. You will need to have a valid UK licence as you will be supplied with a van & fuel card.
Skills Required:
We are looking for either a good standard mechanical engineer (with an electrical bias) ideally with schools experience or just an electrician again with schools / commercial experience.
The types of works we need covered are:
- AHU and inverters maintenance
- BMS Panels
- 3 phase cable installations
- Lighting control systems
- Emergency lights check
- Distribution board works
- 5 year fixed wire testing
- PAT testing
- Pumps and pressurisation units
Relevant documentation needed:
- 18th Edition
- 2391/2395 Testing and Inspection
- Valid DBS Check
- Full UK Driving License
