Due to the current levels of customer demand at our Carrs Volkswagen showroom in Helston, Cornwall we are looking to grow our Sales department by recruiting a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a progressive and prestige brand and we need someone who is as passionate about delivering great customer service as they are about the Volkswagen brand.

What will I be responsible for?

Delivering on volume and profitability targets, advising customers on products and services where applicable, ordering and handing over vehicles as per customer needs, completing relevant documentation in line with legislation and Manufacturer protocols and maintaining the highest levels of showroom and forecourt presentation.

Ideally, the Sales Executive will be:

  • Target driven
  • An effective communicator
  • Able to build rapport quickly
  • Capable of integrity and honest dealing at all times
  • Comfortable working with technology such as iPads and industry apps
  • A potential ambassador for the brand and Helston Garages Group
  • The holder of a valid UK driving licence (minimum of 3 years)

As a Sales Executive, you will have the ambition and desire to succeed. Previous motor trade experience is not essential but you should have a strong sales background and enjoy performing at the highest levels. What is essential is a genuine passion for the brand and a natural ability to understand and meet customer needs at each and every opportunity.
