Mountjoy is an expanding construction and maintenance company focused on delivering exceptional service to its clients and customers. We employ over 330 staff across the south of England.
Your new role
Joining our team as our ICT Data Business Partner, you will be required to oversee Mountjoy’s Information and Communications Technology. You will liaise with external suppliers and support the delivery of our ICT strategy whilst leading the ICT elements of business improvements projects.
You will be required to work with Operational teams to analyse performance data producing measures and reports to help deliver operational improvements.
What will you need to succeed?
As our ICT Data Business Partner, you will have proven experience working within a similar IT role. You will have an excellent knowledge of server technologies and azure. You will also require the following skills and experience:
- Excellent communication skills, you will be required to effectively communicate with a variety of different stakeholders across the business.
- Ability to build effective relationships, you will be required to build effective relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage and analyse large amounts of data to provide value add information to operational teams.
- A working knowledge of SQL to allow reports and measures to be developed for divisional teams.
- Broad IT skills to enable you to advise and support the business.
- Strong technical skills to challenge and hold external suppliers to account
- SQL knowledge to enable you to develop reports
