LEGAL COSTS DRAFTSMAN (Permanent)
My client, a well-respected, forward thinking Law firm based in Staffordshire, is looking to appoint an experienced Law Costs Draftsman to join their and friendly team.
The ideal candidate will have minimum of 4 years experience Drafting Bills of Costs, Replies and Costs Budgets with particular emphasis on claimant civil files, experience attending detailed assessments is essential as is a demonstrable background is maximising profit costs.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and extensive knowledge of CPR and case law is crucial. The ideal applicant will self-motivated, capable of working on their own initiative and as part of a team.
