Have you got a background in retail and customer services, and are computer savvy - with experience selling items online?

Due to increased workload our client have an additional vacancy for an Online Trading Assistant to join the small Online team based in Barnstaple, North Devon.

Duties
-Research, List and pack items for sale online via multiple digital platforms
-Work towards and achieve listing and sales targets
-Work closely with Store & Warehouse Manager on stock levels. Control and rotation in line with online sales
-Complete market research to ensure items are listing at an accurate price online
-Ensure items are listed, packaged and despatched in a timely manner
-Deliver excellent customer service
-Undertake general administration tasks

Person Specification
-Retail and/or online trading experience is essential
-Experience in listing items on online selling platforms such as eBay and Amazon is essential
-Experience of working within a customer services role is essential
-Excellent IT knowledge is essential, including Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
-Experience in stock rotation
-Strong administration skills
-Excellent eye for detail
-Organised and able to prioritise workload
-Ability to work Monday-Friday 8.30am-4.30pm, 37.5 hours per week
