salary: up to £48,234 per annum, plus £2,000 annual retention payment, a £2,000 Golden Hello and lease car
NonStop Care is working with a South London Borough with a Good Ofsted rating, in order to recruit for a permanent Team Manager who can join their Children Safeguarding Team.

Responsibilities:
The Team Manager will oversee a small team of five experienced Social Workers and Senior Practitioners.
Each Social Worker will have a small caseload of about 10 - 12 cases, so the team will be more relaxed and will have more time on focusing on each case. You will therefore manage a less stress team of Social Workers.
Requirements:
Please apply if you are an experienced Team Manager and if you have previously worked within a Children Safeguarding Team or a Child Protection Team.
You must drive as well.
