European Distributor Sales Manager - Diagnostics

An immediate vacancy has become available with my client, an innovative medical diagnostics company who are hiring for a Distributor Sales Manager to look after and enhance distribution network across Europe. Their innovative product portfolio includes diagnostic solutions of rapid tests for a wide range of diseases, as well as COVID-19 molecular tests. This is an exciting opportunity that stems from expansion due to the company`s continued impressive growth. As a Distribution Sales Manager, your role will be vital in expanding distribution channels and connections across Europe. You will be responsible for maintaining key contact with distributors and will play a pivotal role in acquiring new business and maintaining existing accounts. Apart from executing strategic sales you will work with marketing to support campaign creation, promotional activities and marketing plans for the designated region. In addition, you will introduce new products to distributors and/or customers and act as a liaison between customer service and technical support to the distributor and the client. This position reports to the Sales Director EMEA, and it will be home-based either in the UK or Germany. Key Requirements:

Bachelor`s Degree in Life sciences

3+ years experience with managing distributors ideally in the diagnostic market

Able to travel 70%

Business fluent in English, additional languages are advantageous

Proficient user of Excel and Power Point

Able to work independently and think outside the box

The ideal candidate will be home based in Germany or the UK, however exceptions can be made for strong candidates who are based in the EU
