A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor reputable main contractor with exceptional testimonials for being a highly experienced and reliable construction company. This business is looking to engage with an exceptional Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team based in Worthing. This opportunity will be especially suited to an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for a clear career path

Due to the business growing at an exciting rate and rise in the number of projects, they are looking to expand the commercial management team and are specifically looking for a Quantity Surveyor with an exceptional balanced skill set seeking a new and exciting opportunity.

You will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to final completion, and communicating with contracts managers and Site managers as well as the office team including the Buying department.

You will have the following skills and experiences:

• A strong housing background with a proven track record of delivering high quality projects
• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
• Member of the CIOB or RICS
• Capable of working on multiple projects valued between £500k and £2m
• CSCS Card
• Excellent IT Skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
