We are looking for an experienced Sales Development and Sales Management professional with 3+ years experience in leading teams to generating B2B leads and set appointments, who is ready for the next step in their career, managing a quick growing team of Sales Development Reps! To apply for this role, we would request that you have a University Degree as this business works on Graduate training and placements, as well you must have some team leadership experience in new business sales, as there are plans to grow your team from 5 to 10 employees quickly!


You will be responsible for leading and growing a team of Sales Development Representatives and continually increase their individual and team performance through, coaching, training and systematically growing the team's capabilities to maximise achievement. You will also be maintaining and showing high standards yourself as half your time will be spent doing the SDR role but with a reduced individual target. It's fun to achieve goals, it's absolutely amazing to lead high-performing teams that continually knock it out of the ballpark.

This role has direct management responsibilities over a team of sales development representatives, but will also work on campaigns alongside the team in a "player/coach" model.

Basic salary of between £45,000-£55,000 with uncapped OTE (approx £80K)

What You Will Do:

You will assist in the on boarding and training of a team of internal sales development representatives.
You will coach, train & manage your team who are in charge of nurturing & qualifying leads and booking appointments.
You will be targeted on meetings booked, as well as some other revenue KPIs from the leads your team generate.
You will nurture & qualifying your own leads and book appointments for the wider sales team.
You will manage workload within your team to maximise lead generation effectiveness.
Your focus is on continuously improving SDR effectiveness through executing consistently against defined processes, keeping open feedback channels across the entire lead generation chain, developing capabilities and managing against targets.


Who You Are:

You are a University Degree Graduate with a few years of successful sales team leadership, with even more in new business lead generation or appointment setting experience
You are a successful SDR manager currently and are looking to manage a bigger team, where your progression is paramount
You understand the role SDRs play in the lead generation context
You have a desire to be an effective coach & people manager, who enables talent to grow and be their best selves at work
You are highly data driven, analytical and structured
You have a continuous improvement mindset, particularly when it comes to rapidly evolving processes and structures
You are proud of the achievements of your team. You want to see people flourish under your leadership.
