Job Title: Sales & Contracts Manager

Location: Based in Ottershaw with extensive travel throughout the UK

Salary: Competitive - Dependant on experience

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Working Hours: Standard working hours are 08:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday, however, due to the nature of this role and travel involved, there will be a requirement to flexibly.

The Role:

We are currently seeking a Sales and Contracts Manager based out of our Ottershaw office with extensive travel in the UK.

The ideal candidate will have good knowledge and experience of plant and machinery movements and ideally working in a similar industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for surveying projects, negotiating sales contracts, as well as producing method statements, lift plans and risk assessments. You will be expected to provide outstanding levels of service to our existing and prospective clients.

About You:

Candidates should have the following skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Efficiently plan and/or deliver solutions to plant and machinery movement projects
  • Have an extensive operational understanding of lifting equipment, cranes and transport
  • Hold a valid CPCS Appointed Person (Lifting Operations) licence
  • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
  • Have strong interpersonal skills allowing you to communicate professionally and effectively with clients, suppliers and colleagues
  • Possess sound commercial awareness and judgement and ability to prioritise according to the demands of this busy role
