Position Title: Technical Engineer Expert - Solutions Center (m/f/d)
Location: Zurich or Eastern Switzerland

Key Responsibilities:

* Evaluate feasibility, generate quotations, and prepare documentation aligning with customer needs and specifications.
* Ensure timely processing of orders, maintaining high standards of quality, adherence to deadlines, and cost-effectiveness.
* Actively participate in sales activities, including responding to customer inquiries and following up on leads.
* Manage order-related replacements, subsequent deliveries, and handle incoming complaints and returns with efficiency and professionalism.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing our service offerings.
* Analyze and structure sales prices, actively participating in the development of pricing strategies to maximize profitability.

Requirements:

* Technical background with education in fields like polymechanics, construction engineering, or automation engineering, preferably supplemented with commercial experience or further training.
* Proven track record in international order processing, preferably within the mechanical engineering sector.
* Familiarity with SAP modules SD/MM would be advantageous.
* Proficiency in business German and English languages.
* Strong command of MS Office programs and familiarity with the Windows platform.
