Key Responsibilities:
* Assess feasibility, generate quotes, and prepare comprehensive documentation tailored to meet customer needs and specifications.
* Ensure seamless order processing, maintaining impeccable standards of quality, adherence to deadlines, and cost-effectiveness.
* Actively participate in sales activities, promptly responding to customer inquiries and diligently following up on leads.
* Manage order-related replacements, coordinate subsequent deliveries, and expertly handle incoming complaints and returns with professionalism.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, driving enhancements to our service offerings.
* Analyze and structure sales prices, actively contributing to the development of pricing strategies aimed at maximizing profitability.

Requirements:
* Possess a technical background with education in fields such as polymechanics, construction engineering, or automation engineering, preferably complemented by commercial experience or further training.
* Demonstrate a proven track record in international order processing, ideally within the mechanical engineering sector.
* Familiarity with SAP modules SD/MM would be advantageous.
* Exhibit proficiency in both business German and English languages.
* Command strong expertise in MS Office programs and demonstrate familiarity with the Windows platform.
