Project Manager - Construction (Permanent)
Construction Project Manager career opportunity with the Birmingham office of a specialist advisory practice. Projects are all locally based in the Midlands area and remote / flexible working also remains.
We're looking for a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager with at least a couple of years construction project management experience. You must at least have a good understanding of the construction project lifecycle and experience in project delivery. We are also looking for a good degree in a construction related subject such as construction project management or similar.
This is a specialist practice working largely within the healthcare sector delivering a broad range of advisory services from strategic estates related advice through to project delivery. This is very much a client facing role requiring you to work closely with the in house estates teams on a number of construction projects which include both new build and refurbishment healthcare facilities. Strong communication skills are essential and whilst support will be given in developing your technical skills, we are looking for someone able to work autonomously.
