HR Advisor (Contract)

Do you have experience working as an Administrator?

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor to work for an IT Software company based near Redruth. This will be a fixed term contract for at least 14 months.

What will the role involve?

* You will be the first point of contact for all day to day HR queries
* You will need to provide HR advise to team leads across the business
* Support the HR Manager where required
* You will be the main point of contact for all Recruitment needs

What else do I need to know?

* Ensure smooth running of all recruitment cycles from start to finish
* Onboarding new employees include HR inductions
* Conducting exit interviews
* Auditing of HR systems
* Filing
* Undertaking salary reviews
* Updating and managing policies

What are we looking for?

* Experience of working within a direct HR Advisor role
* Good working knowledge of employment law
* CIPD qualification would be beneficial but isn't essential
* Be able to demonstrate a proactive approach to HR and think out of the box
* Excellent communication skills

What else do I need to know?

* The starting salary will be between £25000 and £27,000 per annum
* This is a fixed term contract until at least January 2023
* The role includes flexible working and can be over 4 or 5 days per week
* There will include hybrid working where you will be based In the office two days per week and if you wish the rest can be working from home
