Assistant Site Manager (Permanent)
I am working with a well know Property Maintenance contractor to help appoint an experienced Assistant Site Manager to look after a newly awarded scheme of works in Sheffield.
My client, a national contractor, are looking to speak with experienced Assistant Site Managers about a new scheme of works they have been awarded in the Sheffield area.
Candidates must come from a Public Sector background and understand the type of work this entails.
We are not particular with what trade background the successful candidate comes from as long as they have specific and demonstrable experience across domestic Public Sector Work.
Ideally, the right candidate will be able to help manage a list of approved subcontractors but also a handful of trades that work on the books. Also, we are keen to speak with people who have been involved in Planned works across both kitchen and bathroom schemes but also fencing and roofing schemes.
This is a temporary to permanent basis in which the successful candidate will be working for three months as a probationary period before being given their permanent contract.
