Introduction:

We are looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Manager to head up our internal recruitment process.  While the role will be heavily ‘sales’ focused you will also be responsible for the day to day management of all our recruitment needs.

We, as a company, are offering a unique solution within the logistics arena to prospective hires and we want you to sell our solution both domestically and across Europe.

You will have experience delivering recruitment services within the logistics sector, ideally with knowledge of both domestic and international settings, for at least 2 - 3 years.

Main duties

• Proactively develop initiatives to attract the best talent without resorting to recruitment agents
• Develop the recruitment strategy for the Group
• Focus on direct methods of recruitment
• Attend management meetings
• Create talent plans for all roles

About you

• Previous experience as an in-house recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist/Partner
• Senior recruitment or management experience
• Experience of pro-actively recruiting difficult to fill roles through LinkedIn
• Up to date with employment law and best recruitment practice
• Highly effective communicator at all levels
• Must have a high attention to detail
• Proficient in writing engaging job adverts
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
• Competent at dealing with ever changing demands
